Who Are We?
Janet Kolawole
BeannyGold, a brand under Janeland Networks Limited, was conceived by Kolawole Janet, a chemical engineer and MD. Janet's interest in bean products began with her university project on producing soy milk without the bean flavor. After a brief stint as a process engineer, she conducted market research to understand why other brands' beans flour were unpopular. Her findings led her to innovate and improve the product.
Jane sought further knowledge and training, attending the Entrepreneurial Development Center in 2012 and writing the company's business plan. She also attended Business Masters Class LP35 RCCG Gbagada in 2015, received the Women X World Bank Scholarship, and studied at the Enterprise Development Center, Pan Atlantic University, in 2016/2017. She won the GEM World Bank Grant Scheme for SMEs in 2016/2019 and accessed a business loan from the Bank of Industry (BOI).
Under her leadership, the company prioritizes research and development, ensuring continuous improvement and capacity building.
Rowland Kolawole
Rowland Olusegun Kolawole holds a B.sc in Sociology from University of Ibadan and M.B.A in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is a seasoned Banker with over 14 years Banking experience. His areas of expertise include Treasury Management, Strategic Planning, Customer Service, Financial Institutions Marketing, Commercial and Retail Banking where he is the Head of a Department. He is a consummate and passionate goal driver. Prior to joining Banking sector, he worked briefly in the Real Estate Sector of the Economy. Rowland brings to the board his marketing experience and managerial prowess.
Taiwo Adeoye
Taiwo Adeoye sits on the board of Janeland Networks Limited as the chairman, he is the Managing Director iof Rostal Resources Limited, with a demonstrated history of working in the farming industry. He is Skilled in Research, Business Planning, Business Strategy, Livestock, and Marketing. Strong Business Professional with Bachelor of Agriculture and Master degree in Animal Science. Focused in Animal Sciences from Ahmad Bello University, Zaria and University of Ibadan.Taiwo is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Animal Science(NIAS), RAS( Registered Animal Science), fellow, Animal Science Association of Nigeria (FASAN), Fellow, College of Animal scientists of Nigeria, (FCASN) and Professional Animal Scientists with American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists. He is the national President of Nigerian Animal Scientists.
He is very vast in agriculture and a consultant to many public and private companies. He offers guidance on quality of raw material, storage conditions, pest control techniques, research and development, and marketing.
Bolaji Ladunni
Bolaji Ladunni is a Medical Doctor and CEO of Care way Hospitals, an investor per excellence in blue chip companies. He has deep experience in the area of Nutritional health. He promotes BeannyGold to nursing mothers, pregnant women and other customers in other to reduce diseases caused by deficiency in protein, unbalanced and poor nutrition. He brings on board his vast years of experience in medical line and nutritional health. He offers professional help on product training, food handlers test, treatment, overall health of company's staffs and offers needed guidance in the medical field. He helps the company see opportunities available in the health sector.
